Important Note: Roku TV Support is a free informational website. We do not charge for access to our troubleshooting guides, blog posts, or support articles. Therefore, standard return/refund policies for paid products do not apply.

2. Free Services - No Refund Needed

All of our troubleshooting guides, blog posts, FAQs, and support articles are provided completely free of charge. Since there are no paid transactions for our core services, refund requests are not applicable. You can access, read, and use our content without any financial obligation.

  • No payment required - All guides and articles are free.
  • No subscription fees - We do not charge for access.
  • No hidden charges - Our content is always accessible without payment.

3. Paid Services (If Applicable)

In the future, if we introduce any paid services, premium content, or consultation services, the following return and refund policy will apply:

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds for downloadable guides or premium articles may only be issued within 7 days of purchase, provided the content has not been fully accessed or downloaded.
  • Consultation Services: If you schedule a paid consultation with our experts, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Subscription Services: If we offer subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for unused portions of the subscription period will be prorated and issued within 14 business days.

4. How to Request a Refund (For Paid Services)

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the terms outlined above, please follow these steps:

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are generally non-refundable:

  • Digital products that have been fully downloaded or accessed.
  • Consultation services that have already been provided.
  • Services where the user has violated our Terms and Conditions.
  • Purchases made more than 30 days prior to the refund request.

6. Cancellation Policy

For any paid subscriptions or recurring services, you may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied to your account.
  • Refunds for the current billing period will be prorated based on unused time (if applicable).
